1. Introduction

Welcome to CPTCR Hosting. These Terms of Service ("ToS") govern your use of our hosting services, including any associated features, technologies, or functionalities provided by CPTCR Hosting ("Company"). By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with these terms, you must discontinue using our services immediately.

2. Eligibility

To use CPTCR Hosting’s services, you must meet the legal age requirements of your country to enter into a binding contract. If you are under the legal age, you must have permission from a legal guardian. CPTCR Hosting reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

3. Account Registration & Security

• All users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• CPTCR Hosting is not liable for unauthorized access due to poor security practices by the user.
• Customers are responsible for all activities that occur under their account.

4. Billing & Payment

• We offer monthly and one-time payment plans. Payments must be made in full before services are activated.
• All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in our Service Level Agreement (SLA).
• Failure to pay on time may result in account suspension or termination.
• Chargebacks, disputes, or unauthorized transactions may result in immediate account termination.

5. Service Usage

You agree to use CPTCR Hosting services in compliance with all applicable laws and our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). Misuse of services, including but not limited to spamming, hacking, illegal file distribution, and abuse of system resources, is strictly prohibited and may result in service termination.

6. Service Suspension & Termination

• CPTCR Hosting reserves the right to suspend or terminate services at any time for violations of the ToS or AUP.
• No refunds will be issued for terminated accounts due to policy violations.
• Customers may terminate their service at any time, but no refunds will be provided for unused time.
• Repeated violations or abuse of our services may result in a permanent ban from using our platform.

7. Service Availability & Performance

We strive to provide a stable and secure hosting environment. However, CPTCR Hosting does not guarantee uninterrupted service availability. Occasional downtime may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or external factors beyond our control.

8. Data Protection & Backups

CPTCR Hosting takes reasonable measures to protect user data. However, we do not guarantee that data will not be lost. Customers are responsible for maintaining their own backups of important data. CPTCR Hosting shall not be held liable for any data loss resulting from hardware failures, hacking attempts, or other unforeseen circumstances.

9. Liability Disclaimer

CPTCR Hosting is not liable for any loss of data, revenue, business, or any consequential damages resulting from service interruptions, hardware failures, or security breaches. Our services are provided "as-is" without any express or implied warranties.

10. Amendments

CPTCR Hosting reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage users to regularly review our ToS for any changes.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Germany and the European Union.
