Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) outlines the acceptable and prohibited uses of CPTCR Hosting’s services. By using our services, customers agree to abide by this policy to ensure a secure, stable, and legally compliant hosting environment.
2. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on CPTCR Hosting’s infrastructure:
- Illegal Content: Hosting or distributing illegal material, including but not limited to copyrighted works, child exploitation content, and illicit software.
- Hacking and Malicious Activity: Engaging in hacking, phishing, fraud, spreading malware, or attempting unauthorized access to systems.
- Spam and Unsolicited Messages: Sending bulk unsolicited emails, SMS messages, or engaging in spamming activities.
- Cryptocurrency Mining: Running mining operations for cryptocurrencies that consume excessive resources.
- NSFW and Adult Content: Hosting pornographic, sexually explicit, or obscene materials.
- Resource Abuse: Running scripts or applications that excessively consume system resources and degrade performance for other customers.
- Denial of Service (DoS) Attacks: Engaging in or facilitating distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks.
3. Monitoring and Logging
CPTCR Hosting monitors activity within its network to ensure compliance with this AUP. Logs are maintained for security purposes and cannot be altered or deleted by customers.
4. Violations and Enforcement
Violations of this policy may result in the following actions:
- Issuance of a warning to the customer.
- Temporary or permanent suspension of services.
- Termination of the customer’s account without a refund.
- Legal action if necessary.
5. Reporting Violations
If you suspect a violation of this AUP, please report it to [email protected]. All reports will be investigated confidentially.
6. Amendments
CPTCR Hosting reserves the right to update this AUP at any time. Continued use of services after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
